Hello I am seeking 15 high level customer service agents for a national online jewelry distributor This role is a contract-to-hire and starts in early June. Interviews will be going off with our client the week of 4/18, so apply quickly as the slots will fill up quickly and it is first come, first serve. The position prioritizes drive and ambition to provide 'white glove' level customer service over experience. In this position you will be accepting inbound calls about shipping tracking, returns, finalizing of special orders, gaining information and understanding the engagement process and what is should look like, and other service needs. While providing outstanding customer service this person will need to be able to effectively maneuver through the knowledge bases to be able demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on products. Seeking: Previous customer service experience call center or at least 2 years retail experience - must come from high level customer service retailer (Nordstrom, Buckle, Macy's, ect) Strong computer skills typing/keyboarding and data entry skills - must be able to complete simple customer knowledge test prior to interview Flexibility and willingness to adjust scheduling needs, especially during peak seasons - shift varies ever 6 months Qualities they are looking for: Upbeat, optimistic, resilient Passionate and highly engaged Warmth, empathy, compassion Relationship focused Authentic, professional, and honest Problem solver Goal oriented Hours The center is open from 5AM to 10PM, Monday - Friday Candidates must be flexible to work any shift. ex of shifts are a 5 AM or 6 AM start time or a 1 PM to 9 PM or a 2 PM to 10 PM.
