The Accounting Integrations Senior Analyst will provide support to the integration process of mergers and acquisitions and provide addition support to finance accounting projects.
Assist in the integration of acquired companies into ANSYS's accounting policies and procedures, including accounting systems, reporting requirements, and expense reporting.
Provide finance-related training to members of the acquired companies.
Serve as the liaison with IT for setting up newly acquired companies in Oracle and establishing access to financial systems.
Act as ongoing support for acquired companies after the initial merger has been completed, providing assistance with operational and financial questions as needed.
Assist with corporate accounting tasks and special projects as needed.
5 years' financial related experience
Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes
Experience working with a variety of financial systems (ERPs, reporting tools, advanced use of Excel, MS Access, etc.)
Comprehensive and technical knowledge of US GAAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to communicate technical issues in a clear and concise manner
Occasional travel will be required
Mergers and acquisition experience a plus.
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance strongly preferred.
Experience with international subsidiary accounting a plus.
Experience in multi-level consolidations a plus.
Oracle and BlackLine experience a plus.
Public company experience and knowledge of SEC reporting requirements a plus.
