Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination of supportive validation activities and assurance that the necessary project documentation is complete, accurate and in compliance with cGMP regulations Responsible for developing protocols and report alongside coordinating product validation activities Provide technical support and service to the process departments during product testing Basic understanding of data and statistical analysis of experimental results on pre-production runs Primarily responsible for supporting the needs of Product Development projects while following Good Manufacturing Practices Performs any required physical testing in the development process and optimization of new products, formulations, methods, and/or processes Routinely records experiments/product development manufacturing runs and performs data analysis in a notebook. Keeps accurate written records following Good Documentation Practices Evaluate qualification and validation projects to establish technically and scientifically sound protocols and test plans during pre-production runs Collect and analyze all data, write final report and obtain approvals Review technical documentation (batch records, SOPs, work orders, protocols, and reports) for continuity and accuracy as well as for data analysis Write SOPs, protocols and reports to support departmental programs and projects Evaluate, maintain and operate validation instrumentation as required in order to support assigned projects Coordinate successful execution of projects by working effectively with cross-functional groups May be involved in investigation and root-cause analysis for incidents reported on validated systems Job Requirements: BS preferred in an engineering/life or physical science discipline Project management abilities Technical writing abilities Outstanding interpersonal communication skills Strong team player Experience in R&D laboratory Experience in testing and data analysis, process improvement Proficient computer skills, experience with Work, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, PowerPoint, Access data base, email and Internet Excellent accuracy/attention to detail.
